Levostar offers custom circular RNA (circRNA) synthesis through our proprietary IVT manufacturing platform. CircRNA, characterized by its covalently closed loop where the 5' and 3' ends are joined, provides several functional advantages such as enhanced stability and prolonged expression. We offer custom synthesis for insert sequences ranging from 200bp to 3Kb, with a fast turnaround time of just 3 weeks.

We also provide the "Cleancirc" method for preparing circRNA, which is based on the PIE group II approach to ensure no exogenous sequence residues.
