In vivo CAR-T Insights Series (2) — Delivery Strategies Landscape

One of the most critical challenges in developing in vivo CAR-T therapies lies in how we deliver genetic material to T cells safely and effectively inside the body. Broadly, two major delivery strategies are being explored:

🔹 Viral vectors (LV, AAV)

  • High transduction efficiency
  • But limited controllability and potential safety concerns

🔹 Non-viral vectors (LNPs, polymers)

  • Improved safety and tunable properties
  • Emerging as a promising alternative to viral methods

Among non-viral approaches, antibody–lipid nanoparticles (Ab-LNPs) stand out. By enabling cell-specific targeting, they hold the potential to overcome delivery bottlenecks and pave the way for more precise in vivo CAR-T generation.

Levostar’s in vivo CAR-T solutions

From mRNA plasmid design to LNP formulation, Levostar provides complete solutions for in vivo CAR-T research.

Our Ab-LNP technology enables targeted delivery — from ready-to-use standard products (e.g., LNP-CD3/5/8) to fully customized antibody conjugation services.

👉 Stay tuned — in the upcoming posts, we will dive deeper into Ab-LNPs and their unique advantages in targeted T cell engineering.

Let’s accelerate the future of cell therapy — directly inside the body.
