saRNA-OKSiGM is a small activating RNA (saRNA) cocktail designed to epigenetically upregulate the OKSM (OCT4, KLF4, SOX2, c-MYC) reprogramming factors through targeted promoter activation, enabling non-integrative cellular reprogramming with reduced oncogenic risk compared to traditional mRNA methods. This synthetic saRNA formulation enables transient, dose-controlled induction of pluripotency for research in stem cell generation, disease modeling, and regenerative medicine, while minimizing genomic instability risks associated with viral vectors or prolonged transgene expression.
