Cat.# Gene Scale State LS-RMAbt-138 mRNA-TNFSF9 1mg Lyophilized/Liquid -
Product Overview
mRNA-TNFSF9 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 9 (TNFSF9, also known as 4-1BBL or CD137L), a transmembrane protein that binds to 4-1BB (CD137) on immune cells to provide potent co-stimulatory signals for T cell and NK cell activation. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of TNFSF9 for research in cancer immunotherapy (enhancing CAR-T cell persistence), vaccine adjuvant development, and inflammatory disease models, with applications ranging from optimizing 4-1BB agonist therapies to studying immune checkpoint regulation in autoimmunity.
