mRNA-TNFSF15 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding tumor necrosis factor ligand superfamily member 15 (TNFSF15, also known as TL1A), a cytokine that binds to DR3 (TNFRSF25) to modulate Th1/Th17 immune responses and mucosal inflammation. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of TNFSF15 for research in inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), rheumatoid arthritis pathogenesis, and development of TL1A-targeted therapies (e.g., neutralizing antibodies) for autoimmune and fibrotic disorders.
