mRNA-TNFRSF9 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA product that encodes human TNFRSF9, also known as 4-1BB or CD137. 4-1BB is a co-stimulatory receptor belonging to the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily. It is primarily expressed on activated T cells, NK cells, and dendritic cells, where it enhances T cell proliferation, survival, cytokine production, and cytotoxic activity upon engagement with its ligand (4- 1BBL).
