mRNA-SIGLEC15 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding sialic acid-binding Ig-like lectin 15 (SIGLEC15), an immune-modulatory receptor expressed on osteoclasts and tumor-associated macrophages that interacts with sialic acid-containing glycans to regulate bone homeostasis and tumor immune evasion. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of SIGLEC15 for research in osteolytic bone diseases (e.g., osteoporosis), tumor microenvironment studies, and development of SIGLEC15-targeted immunotherapies (e.g., blocking antibodies or CAR-T cells) for bone metastases and solid tumors.
