mRNA-PVRIG is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the poliovirus receptor-related immunoglobulin domain-containing protein (PVRIG), an immune checkpoint molecule that interacts with PVRL2 (CD112) to inhibit T cell and NK cell activation. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of PVRIG for research in tumor immune evasion mechanisms, combinatorial immunotherapy strategies (e.g., with TIGIT or PD-1 blockade), and development of PVRIG-targeted biologics to enhance anti-tumor immunity in ovarian cancer, melanoma, and other PVRIG-expressing malignancies.
