mRNA-PD-L1 (CD274) is a ready-to-use mRNA product encoding a fusion protein of eGFP and CD274 (PD-L1, Programmed Death-Ligand 1). It is suitable for tumor immunology research, cell tracking, and studies of the PD-L1 signaling pathway. This mRNA encodes an enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) fused to the extracellular domain of PD-L1, enabling fluorescence labeling as well as dynamic monitoring of PD-L1 expression and localization.
