mRNA-NR5A2 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 2 (NR5A2, also known as LRH-1), an orphan nuclear receptor that regulates pluripotency gene networks, liver homeostasis, and pancreatic development through transcriptional control of OCT4 and SHH pathways.
