Product Overview

mRNA-NECTIN4 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the Nectin-4 protein, a type I transmembrane adhesion molecule belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily that plays critical roles in cell-cell adhesion, epithelial integrity maintenance, and immune modulation. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of Nectin-4 for research in cancer biology (particularly in urothelial carcinoma and breast cancer), viral entry mechanisms (as an entry receptor for measles virus and pseudorabies virus), and development of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) or other targeted therapies against Nectin-4-expressing malignancies.
