mRNA-NCR3 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 3 (NCR3, also known as NKp30), a key activating receptor expressed on natural killer (NK) cells that recognizes both tumor-derived and pathogen-associated ligands to mediate cytotoxicity and cytokine production. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of NCR3 for research in tumor immunosurveillance (particularly in hematologic malignancies and solid tumors), dendritic cell-NK cell crosstalk, and development of NCR3- targeted NK cell immunotherapies.
