mRNA-NCR2 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 2 (NCR2, also known as NKp44), an activating receptor selectively expressed on activated natural killer (NK) cells that recognizes viral hemagglutinins and tumor-derived ligands. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of NCR2 for research in viral immunity (e.g., influenza, HIV), tumor immunosurveillance mechanisms, and engineering of enhanced NK cell therapies against NCR2 ligand-positive cancers.
