mRNA-LRRC15 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the leucine-rich repeat-containing protein 15 (LRRC15), a transmembrane protein that serves as a marker of cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) and regulates TGF-β signaling in the tumor microenvironment. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of LRRC15 for research in solid tumor stroma interactions, fibroblast-immune cell crosstalk, and development of LRRC15-targeted therapies (e.g., CAR-T cells) against fibrotic cancers like pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and glioblastoma.
