mRNA-KLF4 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4), a zinc-finger transcription factor that regulates cell cycle progression, pluripotency maintenance, and somatic cell reprogramming (as part of the Yamanaka factors). This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of KLF4 for research in induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell generation, epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) studies, and regenerative medicine approaches targeting tissue repair and cancer stem cell modulation.
