mRNA-IL2RA (CD25) is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain (IL-2Rα/CD25), the high-affinity subunit of the IL-2 receptor complex that regulates T cell proliferation and immune tolerance. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of CD25 for research in regulatory T cell (Treg) biology, autoimmune disease mechanisms, and development of IL-2-based immunotherapies targeting CD25+ immune cells in cancer and inflammatory disorders.
