mRNA-IL23A is a ready-to-use, in vitro transcribed (IVT) mRNA encoding human interleukin-23 subunit alpha (IL-23A, also known as p19), a critical component of the pro-inflammatory cytokine IL-23. When co-expressed with IL-12B (p40), IL-23A forms the heterodimeric IL-23, which plays an essential role in Th17 cell responses, autoimmune disease progression, and tumor immune modulation.
