mRNA-FOLR1 is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the folate receptor alpha (FOLR1) protein, a glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI)- anchored cell surface receptor that mediates folate uptake and is overexpressed in various epithelial-derived cancers. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of FOLR1 for research in targeted cancer therapy development, folate metabolism studies, and investigation of receptor-mediated endocytosis mechanisms, particularly for applications in ovarian cancer and other FOLR1-positive malignancies.
