mRNA-CD16A is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the low-affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc region receptor III-A (CD16A, FCGR3A), a transmembrane glycoprotein primarily expressed on natural killer (NK) cells and macrophages that mediates antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC). This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of CD16A for research in NK cell immunotherapy optimization, Fc receptor signaling studies, and engineering of enhanced ADCC effector cells for cancer and infectious disease applications.
