An in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding C-X-C chemokine receptor type 6 (CXCR6), a receptor for CXCL16 that is highly expressed on intrahepatic lymphocytes. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of CXCR6 for research in liver immunology, T-cell retention within tissues, and studying CXCR6+ T-cell subsets in chronic hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma.
