mRNA-CSF2RA is an in vitro transcribed (IVT) messenger RNA encoding the colony-stimulating factor 2 receptor alpha chain (CSF2RA, also known as GM-CSFRα), the ligand-binding subunit of the GM-CSF receptor complex that mediates myeloid cell differentiation and inflammatory responses. This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of CSF2RA for research in alveolar macrophage development, autoimmune disease models (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis), and development of GM-CSF/CSF2RA-targeted therapies for inflammatory disorders and cancer immunotherapy.
