This synthetic mRNA enables controlled expression of Dectin-1 for research in fungal infection defense mechanisms (e.g., Candida, Aspergillus), tumor microenvironment immunomodulation, and development of Dectin-1-targeted vaccine adjuvants or β-glucan-based immunotherapies.
