mRNA-CD38 is a ready-to-use mRNA product encoding the CD38 molecule. It is suitable for plasma cell immunology research, CAR-T and immunotherapy studies, mRNA delivery research, and multiple myeloma (MM) investigations. CD38 is a transmembrane glycoprotein and ADP-ribosyl cyclase broadly expressed on B cells, plasma cells, T cells, NK cells, and myeloid cells. It plays a crucial role in cell adhesion, signal transduction, and metabolic regulation. CD38 is highly expressed in hematologic malignancies such as multiple myeloma (MM) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), making it an important target for CAR-T cell immunotherapy and anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody treatments (e.g., Daratumumab).
