mRNA-CD19 is a ready-to-use mRNA product encoding the CD19 molecule. It is suitable for B cell immunology research, CAR-T cell therapy studies, mRNA delivery research, and tumor immunotherapy. CD19 is a B cell-specific surface antigen broadly expressed from early pre-B cells to mature B cells and plays a critical role in B cell signal transduction, proliferation, and differentiation. Due to its high expression in B cell malignancies such as B cell leukemia and lymphoma, CD19 has become a key target for CAR-T cell immunotherapy.
