mRNA-BCMA (B Cell Maturation Antigen, TNFRSF17) is a ready-to-use mRNA product encoding the BCMA molecule. It is suitable for plasma cell immunology research, CAR-T and immunotherapy studies, mRNA delivery research, and multiple myeloma (MM) investigations. BCMA is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily (TNFRSF) and is primarily expressed on mature B cells and plasma cells. It plays a vital role in antibody production, B cell differentiation, and survival. Due to its high expression in multiple myeloma, BCMA has become a key target for CAR-T cell immunotherapy and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) therapies.
