Product Advantages

▪ High Cell Expression: Through unique transmembrane transport and endosomal escape mechanisms, easily achieving transfection efficiencies above 90%.

▪ Compatible with Various RNA Types: Suitable for transfecting mRNA, siRNA, gRNA, saRNA, circRNA, and other RNA types.

▪ Extremely Low Cytotoxicity: Utilizes biodegradable materials, free of ethanol, with minimal impact on cells, reducing experimental bias.

▪ Broad Cell Compatibility: Successfully validated in over 100 cell types, including A549, Capan-2, and HEK293, with most achieving transfection efficiencies exceeding 90%. SDR8006 far surpasses industry standards.

Experimental Results

1. Messenger RNA (mRNA)

Using a 24-well plate, transfect with eGFP mRNA, followed by fluorescence imaging and flow cytometry analysis after 24 hours.

2. Small Interfering RNA (siRNA) - Cellular Uptake Efficiency

Transfect with 30nM Cy3-labeled siRNA per well, followed by fluorescence imaging after 6 hours.

3. Circular RNA (circRNA)

Using a 96-well plate, transfect with 100ng eGFP circRNA per well, followed by fluorescence imaging after 24 hours.

4. Self-Amplifying RNA (saRNA)

Using a 96-well plate, transfect with 100ng eGFP saRNA per well, followed by fluorescence imaging after 24 hours.

2. Immune Cell Transfection Kit

The Immune Cell RNA Transfection Kits are specially developed for hard-to-transfect immune cells, including T cells, B cells, dendritic cells, and other primary immune populations. With optimized formulations, these kits provide high efficiency and low cytotoxicity, enabling reliable RNA delivery without compromising cell viability or function. They simplify complex immune cell manipulation and accelerate research in areas such as immunotherapy, vaccine development, and immune response studies.
